Analog Noir products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, Analog Noir will repair or replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the one year warranty has expired, Analog Noir can repair units for a reasonable cost.

Analog Noir products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your Analog Noir product, please contact us via email within 30 business days of receiving your order. Ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground) to the return address provided. Upon receipt of the product a refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Products must be returned in new condition and shipped in the original packing material to qualify. Abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return for custom made-to-order items and items with excessive wear.
