WARRANTY
Analog Noir products are warrantied for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, Analog Noir will repair or replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the warranty has expired, Analog Noir can repair units for a reasonable cost.
RETURNS
Contact us via the form above within 14 days of receiving your order for returns. Ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground) to the return address provided.
Products must be returned in new condition and shipped in the original packing material to qualify. Abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return for custom items, made-to-order items, and items with excessive wear.
