A hand wired recreation of the early 1970’s Harmonic Percolator — an enigmatic texture machine with cult status.
The Harmonic Percolator utilizes a unique silicon / germanium design that clips asymmetrically and imparts the signal with an unpredictable, yet musical distortion that resembles an overdriven console, but with more warmth and natural compression. This iteration utilizes a 3-position clipping switch to select between germanium, silicon, and diode bypass settings. The circuit is true to the original in the germanium clipping mode.

Equipped with internal battery snap and standard 9V DC jack. This product does not require an isolated supply.
