57' Tweed Princeton 5F2-A
My take on the late 50’s 5F2-A tweed Princeton circuit.
This amplifier utilizes 50’s military point-to-point construction, mechanically isolated tube sockets, and a 14 gauge aluminum chassis. The circuit is loaded in a dovetail jointed pine cabinet in lacquered tweed with a modified Jensen speaker. This amp features vintage Allen Bradley resistors, Jupiter and sprague capacitors, Pacific transformers, and a 1950’s General Electric 5Y3.
